Can anyone tell me what kind of excerise I should do to lose stomach fat?

    Stomach fat is lost in the kitchen not in the gym. You can't spot reduce - but as you lose weight your stomach fat will eventually start to go away.

    Hi Tracy.
    Unfortunately there is no magic spot removal tool for fat. All you can do is improve the muscle tone under the fat by doing stomach exercises and then do fat burning exercises like swimming, running or gym work (or heavy lifting but thats a whole different thread!), and hope it comes off in all the right places!

    Can't do it.. weight loss is not linear.

    Table push aways and fork put downs... Abs are made in the kitchen.

    can't spot reduce. when you lose fat, you lose it from all over and you cannot dictate where it will come off first or last. In most cases, the abdomen is primary fat stores...they tend to be the first on, last off.

    Exercising patience is the best exercise for stomach fat and every other fat.
