Bye, bye 300's....I joined the 200's club this morning (299.2)!!!!! ((HAPPY DANCE)) Still have a long road to go but I'm getting there!!

    Fantastic! I got down to 292 about a month ago, but I keep hovering around 298-302. Congrats!

    I remember that day for me!!! I went from 318 to 299.2 when I first hit the 200's as well. You can do this! I've lost 76 pounds now but I have about 40 more I'd like to lose!

    Good job. I was 363 lbs and when I saw 297 on the scale, I jumped inside! Keep going. I am now 190s and have a new lease on life. You will too.

    Great job!! Those milestones are so motivating! I don't remember getting back down into 200s because I denied that I ever got up to 327! I have been slowly and steadily heading to the 100s because I haven't been there in 22 years! I have 45 more lbs to go!
