hi,

My name is Avy and I am a mother and wife who works full time. I have been trying to lose weight since I gave birth to my gorgeous little boy in 2010. I have been successful in the past but I gained it all back last year. I had used diet pills and I'm done with the Yoyo diet. I'm now just taking vitamins and trying to make my weight loss journey a lifestyle. So far, I have been pretty determined to log my food and hopefully I can keep the momentum going.

    good for you! we can do this . helps maintain the weight after lose it thats the hardest thing
