This is my first real diet day and when I say real I mean I have "dieted" before it just never stuck! I'm 340lbs and want to loose 200lbs. My sister has moved in with me after uni doing a sport science course so she is going to be a big help and I'm sure some days she will turn into a slice of pizza like on the Simpsons but for the first time I actually believe I can do this! Motivation is very welcomed!!

I'm sure you will do well support from the family is the best thing you can get. I used to weigh 255 lbs. And got down to 190... made the mistake of just cutting back and we'll you know... put it back on. But now in back on track down 10lbs over the last 7 weeks. And slowly getting back into it. One thing I always tell myself. as long as you are happy with what you are doing that's the main thing. Also don't compare yourself against anyone else. Hello I hope everything goes well with you journey health and fitness. but you gotta look at your eating habits not as a diet for more of a way of life. so you need to change the way you eat everyday cuz a diet you stop but if you change your way of eating there's no need to stop because it becomes a routine. so add us if you like we're here to help you and support you and motivate you0

I started off at 368 lbs at the beginning of this year, I'm now 284 lbs. With enough determination and courage, anything is possible! Still a long way for me to go, but I'm confident I will do this0
