I have alot of weight to lose and I need some motivational people and supporters...iI don't personally know anyone who uses this app so I just need to find people

You can do what ever you put your mind too!! Do it for you and only you. Start walking on breaks at work and then work yourself up..to walking at lunch..walking when you wake up..I walk 4miles a day and i have lost a good amount of weight.. But you need to know you are beautiful now and you will be beautiful no matter what weight you are.. Good Luck.. :0)0

I too have a lot of weight to loose and I like to look on here for motivation and success stories occasionally. I have never been able to stick with logging my food regularly until now. This has been my longest streak of 17 days and I need to stick with it this time. I use a fitbit to track my steps and I like that it integrates. Would love to hear from you sometime.0
