Hello Everybody,

I started my journey to a healthier weight almost 3 years ago and since have only lost 11 pounds. Well I'm back and determined to reach my goal and hopefully make some good friends along the way.

    Hi, :) you sound just like me. I decided today enough is enough. Im 43 and i decided i need to really focus on my health. I give uo to fast. I have 40 pounds at least to get to my goal weight.
