Here I am on day two of actually seeing what my food in take is actually like. I have deiced to track a 'normal' week of my eating to see just where I am going wrong. Its fascinating. Am ready for action and with 54Lb to lose with a midway target of 37lb to lose, I need to get started! I am 40 those and am so desperate not to be fat and forty!

I;m looking forward to tips and encouragement from here!

    Welcome! It's a great place to start and what a fab thing to do as all of us are on a learning curve so to see what you can improve from the your normal eating habits will give you a wide view for when your not watching so much. Good luck on your journey x x x x
