Hi there, I'm Shay a 32 year old, single mother of one. My weigh loss journey has been nothing but a big rollercoaster ride over the past 6 years. I've been using myfitnesspal for a few months now, but has yet to take avantage of the well of supportive resources that it has to offer.

Just looking to team up with a couple of folks that are ready to finally achieve that weight loss goal we set for ourselves each new year. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
