Always up? Up over what? If it is always up is that not just your normal weight.

I hear your weight in pounds divided by two is about how much water your meant to drink in oz. something like that anyway.

No idea on the max or dangerous limit. Why do you drink so much? Trying to increase your number of steps by having to pee every 20mins?

    Every step counts! Lol

I drink when I'm thirsty. I drink about 132 oz of water a day. I have a 44oz cup beside me at all times. I don't force myself to drink though.

I think I filled my glass up like 5 hours ago. Still haven't finished it.

I don't force my self to drink. Maybe if my pee was dark yellow or I had some other sign of dehydration

Welcome to the Discussion Boards! How much are you drinking each day, exactly? What recommendation are you tripling? If the recommendation off which you're working is 8, 8oz glasses, tripling that would be 192 oz/day. That is a lot, but it depends on your size and activity level. I'm 5'3, 117 pounds and drink about 132 oz/day. 3/4 of that is green tea and 1/4 of that is a protein shake with electrolytes at the gym/after I run.

Are you drinking because you're thirsty? Extreme thirst can be a sign of illness. Answering your question as best we can requires a little more detail.

I bought myself a 64 oz water bottle which is exactly the daily amount. So it really helps me as I fill it at the beginning of the day and when I finished the water in it I know I reached my daily water intake. I go over a bit though. It's summer.

Weigh once a week. 6 to 8 ounces of water a day is fine depending on your other food and how much you are sweating outside.

I normally drink 2 bottles (training flask, about 1 liter = 34 oz) during work. Filled up when I get to work and fill it up again after lunch. A normal glass of water to dinner and another glass in the evning.

Don't know (and don't care) if it's normalt or not. And yes, i drink more if I'm at the gym or floorball practice, ofc ;).
