I was just thinking all the diets iv'e been on and how they didnt work or how they could have worked but I cheated (Failed it )!
I tryed so many ways to lose weight fast and quick! but I realize theres NO quick way to lose weight .If you want to lose weight you got to have have Patience and eat HEALTHY period.

1) My diet was HCG and I Failed it

2) My deit was the "BEYONCE" Liquid lemon diet and I'm happy to say I FAILED IT =D

3) My deit was Raw Green tea only deit and I failed it ( made me sick to my stomach )..UGH

Guess what ! i'm doing so good on my new Healthy diet might not lose 1 pound a day but im getting some progress YAY!
