    Once around 1030-1130am then fast until the next day.

    9:30am - Breakfast
    11am - Snack
    1pm - Lunch
    3:30pm - Snack optional. As I get used to eating better though, I find I don't often manage this one too.
    7 or 8pm - Dinner

    Spreading the food out over the day works better for me than 3 main meals.

    I don't have set meal times and eat when I'm hungry. Breakfast anywhere between 6am and 8am, then either lunch or a snack if I'm hungry before 11am, then typically something else around 1-2pm, then dinner around 5-6pm.

    So, 4 meals. I rarely do 3, as it's hard for me to go without food for more than 3-4 hours, unless I have a really big meal.

    Normally 5 times a day:

    Breakfast 8-9am
    Lunch 12
    Small Meal 3.30-4pm
    Dinner 7pm
    Dessert or Sweet Treat 7-8pm

    Three times a day. Timing depends on whether it's a workout day or not. Usually nothing before 10AM.

    It varies depending on my work/school schedule. 3 meals and dessert every day, a snack if I have time/calories, and a banana or Quest bar on weekends to wake me up before work.

    Banana/Quest bar 2:45-4:45 in the morning (I work at 5 on Saturdays and 3 on Sundays)
    Breakfast 7-10:30
    Lunch 10-2 (if I have a shift at work where I don't get a lunch break, I eat majorly early)
    If I have a snack that's 3:30-4
    Dinner 6-7 (and as late as 9:45 in the fall/winter)
    Dessert 8-10

    sometimes I'll grab a snack in the evening after dinner, depending upon if I have any calories left over

    Some days snack at 9 pm

    This varies in time because my lunchs and breaks vary. Also 2-3 days a week I get up at 5 am and swim laps, then ride into work with my boyfriend so those days I eat breakfast really earlier.

    Generally twice a day. Morning coffee - 8am, lunch noonish (trying to aim for 500 cal), dinner 6/6:30 (1000 cal). I love large meals - more satifying to me. Small meals leave me wanting more - I never feel satisfied. I would love to aim for one meal a day around 6, but I get too hungry by noon.

    5 times a day
    7am - breakfast (meal 1)
    9:30 - meal 2
    12:30 - meal 3 (lunch)
    3:00 - meal 4
    6:00 - dinner (meal 5)
    Plus a protein shake after my workout, depending on when I do it. I don't usually eat anything else after dinner.

    My breakfast is shortly after I wake up (anywhere between 5am and 11am). 99% of the time it's 2 scrambled eggs and a bit of raw veggie(s) on the side. If I'm not in hurry, I spoil myself with a cup of black coffee and a little portion of ice-cream or chocolate. I'm no addict, so this whole coffee thing is a treat to me and I skip it easily if in hurry.

    My dinner happens around 8-10pm and contains 100-120g of cottage cheese, mashed banana and some berries on the top. Then I cut myself an apple and a carrot and munch on the pieces for the rest of the night. If I go to bed early or run out of calories, this latter part gets skipped.

    I usually have at least 1 lunch, sometimes 2, and one or more coffee/tea breaks. I know my breakfast and dinner calories by heart now, so I use the remaining budget throughout the day depending on how I feel or how busy I am.

    2-3 times. Breakfast around 8:15, lunch at 2, sometimes dinner around 7-8 sometimes no dinner - depends on my hunger.

    I graze all day on fruits and veggies and at night I try to eat a protein. I hardly ever eat an actual "meal."

    Twice a day. Once at around 11 AM and again at around 6 PM on weekdays. Once at around 12-1 PM and again at around 7-8 PM on weekends.

    I'm back on the MFP wagon, but my routine looks the same as it did when I was on MFP for a long time.

    6:30 am- two boiled eggs
    7:30 am- black coffee
    9:15 am- small snack (usually grapes)
    11:30am- lunch (usually a small amount of meat, fruit, and a soda)
    1:00pm- small snack (pudding, pistachios, etc)
    3:30 pm- small snack (fiber bar)
    7:00 pm- dinner (my "big" meal of 500 or 600 calories)
    9:00 pm- bedtime snack (chocolate nearly every time)

    So yeah, I eat a lot through the day. But don't usually go over 1400 or 1500 calories.

    Before I started really caring about what I ate, I would eat twice a day (lunch and huge dinner). For the past (almost) four years now, I have my appropriate balance of carb/protein/fats every 2-3 hours. I am never overly hungry now and I feel energized throughout the day. I still wish I could eat just once a day, basically because it's a hassle, but I am much healthier overall now, so I persist!

    I eat very slowly. I started breakfast at 8am and finished the last of my oatmeal at around 9:15am. I started lunch at 12pm and finished at just short of 1pm. I got my protein shake at 2pm. I am still drinking it now at nearly 3:30pm. At 5, I'll get some hot cocoa. At 6, I'll eat dinner. When I get back from grocery shopping around 9:30-10pm tonight, I'll have something for dessert.

    Tomorrow will be a repeat of the day, but at dinner time...oh ho ho, bets are off on Friday binge night. I will probably crack open a beer the second I get home, fire up the grill, start making the pizzas, and eat until I pass out around 10-11pm. Man, I love Fridays.

    I eat between 3-5 times a day.
    9am Breakfast
    12 Lunch
    3 Snack
    6 Dinner
    9 Snack

    If I have a large dinner I do not need the night time snack. If dinner was light I find myself needing something(200 calories or less) between 9-10pm because my body says to eat something or I will go eat all the things. And weekends I almost always skip breakfast because of sleeping in.
