support needed

Hi there. I have been meaning to shift my "baby weight" for over three years and have yo yo dieted. I need to lose just over a stone to get to a comfortable weight (this would be approx 10% of my total body weight)

I still can't fit my engagement or eternity ring on my fingers, and have decided either I lose the weight or give in forever and get them resized.

Previously I lost over a stone on the slim fast plan, and half on rosemary Conley so I know I can do this.

I'm not sure how to add people (I'll have to look in the FAQs) but please add me and I'll accept.
