Girl, I lost all my mommy weight taking my daughter on walks, then I got a stroller from my parents (running stroller) and it was the best exercise ever for both of us, my i-pod at that time became my best-friend, all the jams that i liked and motivated me to run, kept me going. I got to the point that i was running a few times a day lost all my baby weight and some more.. Over all I've learned exercising should be fun, not a chores, that's when you get the most out of it, and keep wanting to do it.. Good Luck :

it is not easy having children and taking that hour a day for ourselves to work out...but it is so worth it.

If you really want it, you will do it and it will become a priority for you.

My youngest daughter is 10 weeks old and I just have to work out everyday and log my food in myfitnesspal!
I know I am getting closer to what I want everyday even if it takes SO much time!!! (my photo is what i looked like just before my 2nd pregnancy and i have put it there to motivate myself)

You will achieve it I am sure!!!
make it your one thing a day you have to do no matter what! (training and eating well!)

    xx
