How many pounds did you lose by the end of the two months? And what was your favorite part about the program?

Finishing the 2nd week of Month 2 and so far I've lost 11 lbs.... Love Insanity!!!0

I'm only on Week 6, and I've lost 9lbs already. I've also lost 3" in my waist. I love that it pushes me to really work my body -every muscle group is targeted, and you'll notice a huge difference in your muscle tone even after just a couple weeks. It has also built up my endurance, and I'm able to do my other workouts (jogging, elliptical, etc.) with more intensity and for longer periods of time.
Like I always say, I hate Insanity during the 45 minute workout, but I love it the other 23 hours of the day0 -
I was thinking about doing Insanity. I would love any suggestions. Thanks for this topic!0

I just started Insanity this past Tuesday. I LOVE the challenge but I'm not able to follow the meal plan exactly. I'm in Hong Kong and some things are just not easy to find. Can I use my own healthy diet or is it a must to follow the meal plan that's included? Would love to know too how long it took for you to notice results? By the second fit test, I'm sure you notice the cardio/strength improvement but what about the improvement in muscle tone/weight or inch loss? Thanks!0

I honestly haven't even looked at the meal plan. I think as long as you eat healthy and eat/drink enough protein you should be fine. Make sure you eat enough calories too. I started noticing results after the first week....0 -
I am just about finished with my 6th week and I've lost 20 lbs so far. I've gone from 205 to 185. I've followed the meal plan for the most part. Probably have missed one day a week regarding meal plan. I was a runner and had a toe injuries where I went from 165-205 over about a year and I've started insanity to loose the weight back. By following the meal plan it seems like I've kept most of my muscle and I have only been loosing fat. Also I've never really had good abs before and i'm noticing that they are coming in. Hopefully they'll be all the way there by the time i'm done.0
