Are we talking about a dip or a marinade? What flavor profile are you looking for? A little more detail would be helpful, please!

I make a cocktail sauce from ketchup, horseradish, celery seed, garlic, lemon juice and a dash of Worcestershire sauce?

Homemade Louie dressing is pretty amazing, but a little mayonnaise-heavy. You should look it up, but my go-to recipe involves mayo, kethcup, worcestershire, sweet pickle relish, minced shallot, lemon juice and cayenne pepper.

    This is what I use:

3 tbsp fresh horseradish, peeled and minced
    2 tsp Tabasco sauce
    1 cup ketchup
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt to taste

You can also replace the Tabasco with sriracha, and the lemon with lime juice. Both are good.
