40 lbs and can finally see it (My first progress pic)

I'm 40 lbs down since Jan and wasn't seeing the change in pics (even though other people said they could). This past Sunday I took a pic with my hubby and compared it to a pic last summer and I am finally able to see the change. Very exciting! Still have about 60 lbs to go but this is very motivating.
The pic in the left is probably about 275lbs, the pic on the right is 235lbs.

That is awesome. I'm only 22 lbs in. I'll be glad when I can start seeing the difference in pictures too. That seems like great motivation to continue working hard!!
