Hey

My quick and easy recipe Methi Aloo & Capsicum flatbread with yogurt sauce...,Yumm

All under 450 calories

Serving for 2

Filling for flatbread

1.Tampering Ingredient:
1tps Oil, pinch of Mustard seeds, pinch of Cumin seeds, 4-5 Curry leaves.

2.Cooking Ingredients:
Medium sized 2 Potatoes, 1/2 Capsicum, Fresh Methi(fenugreek leaves) chopped 2tps, Fresh coriander chopped 2tps, Dash of salt, pinch of Paprika.

Method of cooking:
Tamper the first ingredients and then add all the cooking ingredients one by one once done

Can be enjoyed with Wholewheat chapati (flatbread) add a gallop of yogurt

I know South Indians love their rice...

So, you make brown rice as a substitute to enjoy the dish.
