I just starting going to back to the gym. I love my treadmill and elliptical, as well as lifting weights. I love working out! (I think it's more of my mommy break then anything.) I am building a play list.. I have a very eclectic taste. I range form Enya to Metallica; Moody blues Aerosmith other classic rock. My favorite band is Wishbone Ash. I have today's pop and rock; and contemporary Christian, I have 80's hair bands and little country. Anyone who wants to join me on this journey please shoot me a request. What's on your plays lists? What's your favorite songs to kick butt too??

Thank you! Yes. It's a nice break. It's tough to schedule it in to the day. I go really late at night when I switch off with dad.

I usually workout at home to videos like 30 Day Shred or Fitnessblender - if I can hit the barbells at the gym later on, great but if not, at least I don't feel too guilty. I try to go to the gym every Wednesday to lift weights and play sports for women's night. I bought those connect a mats years ago for my kids but now they are too big and don't use em. Great for doing work outs on at home :-)

Keep it up either way! Hope to see your success story and non scale victories in the future!
