meditation

Hi I'm 22 years old. I have recently discovered that meditation at least 15min in a day is great for motivation. Sitting quietly inhaling and exhaling keeping in mind the goals you want to accomplish. By doing this it's helped me to gain control over temptations.

    I completely agree! I do this every evening just after I've laid down for bed. It re focuses me and helps me get a restful nights sleep.

    I practice TM every day. I'm sure I will for the rest of my life.

    I try to meditate daily, mostly to shed desire for things and money...to live in the present and to focus my senses on the experience of each food I taste and consume...each bit becomes so much more satisfying and I eat less...I also try to devote my entire existence to doing good for all others crossing my daily path...
