I'll do "10 Minute Solution: Fat Blasting Dance Mix" on days that I don't go to the gym and feel pressed for time. It's pretty fun and I like that the DVD is divided into 5 different sections so it doesn't get boring and is easy to mix and match.

I've done some, just with the regular watch instantly option on my computer.
I love that I can try whatever I want and if I hate it, no loss, just move on to the next.

The 10 minute solution videos are my favorite!!! we have a blue ray that I can play them on the TV...It is my way of "tricking myself" into just doing 10 minutes. Sometimes 10 is all I do, other times I do more!

i used to get them now and then. got the 30 day Shred. Liked it, want the ones that I can watch through the Wii.
  • I love the 10 minute fat blasting mix. I have had netflix for a year now and just found out they had fitness dvds. I started doing the 10 minute fat blasting video last week (20 minute sessions each time) and I love it. I really like the leg workout section. Do you have any suggestions for other dance videos that are around 10-20 minutes each session? It is easier when I am pressed for time to do these instead of the 45-60 minute ones, especially when my kids are running wild :-)

I just typed in fitness in the search bar and a drop down menu pulls up. From there you can find all types of videos. I hope this helps.

What am I missing, I also use Netflix on the XboX360 and I'm not seeing any on there, do I need to add it to my que from the computer first? I thought I was smart enough to figure it out, but I guess I am not! Thanks to anyone who can help!

I go on our computer and add the video's I want on the instant que and then go on netflix on the blueray. So I think if you are using either the xbox or the wii it should be there too??? I think try it...

Yes - you add them to your instant que first (I don't have an XBox - but I think my Roku is similar). Instant workout DVDs are kind of hard to find. For some reason if you select "watch instantly" and then "sports & fitness" genre ...... not everything comes up.

Crunch Super Slimdown is my favorite!

I didn't know there were workouts on Netflix, this totally makes up for them having mostly crappy instant movies.
