I'm back and need to be serious this time

so I'm not new to this app, but it's been a while since I've thought twice about my health. I used to watch what I ate, drank only water, excercised alteast 40 minutes daily...weighted in the 120s which is a great weight for my height and body type......I met my husband in 2009, moved in with him, got seriously distracted, quit working out and sort of picked up his bad eating habits (soda, ice cream, etc) we had our first baby and well...At this point, I am weighing 185!!! I can't believe it. I have let myself go, have been stressed with life, marriage, motherhood, work...and well I haven't been feeling well AT ALL...mentally, emotionally, and definitely not physically. I'm sharing this because I need someone to hold me accountable, I need a friend specifically for my weightloss, just someone to message me daily and remind me that I want to change my life and go back to my old days of daily fitness and eating right. I lack the motivation now and frankly I forget my own needs on a daily basis. It is very unhealthy and I am ready for a serious change. No more BS, no more laziness, and definitely....no more junk food! Anyways, never posted in here before lol thanks for reading

I'm also coming back from a long absence. I recently got on the scale (though i honestly has already felt it on my joints and how my clothes fit) and saw that i was at my heaviest yet. If you ladies don't mind i could use some friends with similar goals.0

Your story is so similar to mine. I met my current boyfriend 18 months ago, and over indulged in wonderful food (he's a great coook) and too much wine! I'm back into the routine of losing now, and really need friends. I'll add you if thats okay We can do this!!!0

I need to lose like 50lbs to get to my target weight! I'm new to this part of the app just saw all these replies! It's nice to know I'm not alone. Weight has always been a struggle and hubby's habits don't help. I HAVE to lose weight. My health is getting bad, I can feel it. I need to be healthy for my son! He will turn 2 in August and is my motivation0

Hiya i have been on here so many times, the first time was about 2 years ago i was so determined to lose weight lost about 8lb in about 3 months i was about 182 at the time anyway ive piled it all back on plus extra i currently weigh 189 i would love to get down to 140 but that just sounds like a dream to me at the moment lol ive only been calorie counting for 3 days and exercised 2 of those days the exercising is a killer for me right now this morning i managed a 20 minute low impact workout and my heart felt like it was ready to burst out of my chest and it was only low impact haha i have to laugh i am just glad i was at home on my own and no one seen the state i was in that would have been so embarrassing anyway i hope you get to where you wanna be and enyone can add me if they like0
