Hello ladies,
I have created a group called "KHSpringChallenge" as a way for us to help each other work our way through this challenge together. Hopefully this group will allow us to answer each others questions and share recipes. This group can be found on page 4 under "new groups" in community. For anyone having a difficult time finding the group, send me a friend request and let me know you're interested in the group, I will send you and invite!

Hey girls! So, I have a question about macros... If I fulfilled my protein, carbs and fat for the day but still have a reasonable amount of calories left do I stop eating?0

Of course! And -alexacanelli13- I feel like you shouldn't have to if you dont feel hungry but if you still feel hungry maybe snack on some veggies... Not really sure tho ill have to look into that! Good question!0

Are you adding your exercise to your my fitness pal?
If you have cleared your carbs, fats, and protein, you should not have any calories left as all calories are made up of carbs, fats, or protein (or a combination). I would suggest not adding your exercise and just go by your carb/pro/fat goals.0 -
