Nectar whey protein whey isolate in chocolate trucffle (25 cal) and 1 cup 0% fage yogurt (130 cal).
Also, almond milk (30cal) with the Nectar powder (25 cal) is also amazing and filling.
I learned about the Nectar powder because they use it at the hospital I work at they recommend it as a meal replacement for bariatric patients.
