Sorry I meant the venus factor diet:-)
Thanks
I'm pretty sure he did, too...
Anything that claims to be the only thing that works and to reveal amazing new secrets if you pay them, should be viewed with scepticism.
Read this: community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants#latest. Pick a sensible calorie deficit/weight loss goal, between 0.5 and 1 lbs a week. Stick to it. Personally, I'd also recommend doing a progressive weightlifting programme (and getting enough protein) to spare lean body mass and lose as much of your weight in fat as possible. Good options are Strong Curves, New Rules of Lifting for Women, Nia Shank's programmes, Starting Strength, StrongLifts 5x5. Be patient cause it's not gonna happen overnight (and neither would success with that venus factor diet).

I'm pretty happy with my routine at the minute, thanks:-)
I've already purchased it out of curiosity, with the option of a 60 day money back. Recommended by a friend. It's a detailed nutrition based calorie and workout plan, also based on intermittent fasting. Workouts actually look pretty well designed.
I just want views on people who have also tried it:-)0 -
I get the feeling you're affiliated with them.
You guys need a better website, it sucks. Have a nice day!0 -

I haven't tried crack, either, but I know it's not good. Anything that charges you a fortune to do what you can do for free, while convincing you it can do something that nothing else can do is a crock. Don't think that they care about anything but their bottom line, and the more they convince you that their product works, so you come back again and again, makes them more money. No weight loss company has ever wanted you to succeed first try.0 -

Why buy something you can have for free? I use MFP to have an overview and count calories. I track my running and BOOM it works I'd save the money and spend it on some nice groceries instead.0

I may be wrong but didn't you start a similar thread re this yesterday?0

Yeah, I just tried to find it but couldn't. OP clearly didn't get the specific answers they were looking for yesterday so is trying again today. Funnily enough, it is still full of people telling them it is a bad idea or a waste of money. Wonder how many threads it will take before the message hits home?0 -
