Big oops. Dammit!
Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.

I've always heard it's not cheating if you're not married. I don't particularly agree though. It probably hurts all the same.0

I thought you were starting a bulk (I silently creep you sometimes)? What you've said is true though. Carry on OP...0 -
Good attitude to have about it. Once I took the guilt out of eating certain things I want, life is so much better0

I did start a bulk. But I ate a bit too much. I was really effin hungry. Instead of 500 calories over I went about 1200 calories over. I wouldn't doubt if my maintenance went up though. So I probably didn't do any damage. And it's peanut butter. Protein. Can't go wrong with peanut butter.
True. Protein for dem gainz bro!0 -

Yep no point in beating yourself up about. I've got rid of my chocolate cravings so now I'm going to eat light and healthy for the rest of the day. I may be over my maintenance calories for today, but I know tomorrow I'll make up for the damage done0 -
I ate 255 grams of cheese yesterday in one sitting. It was not my intention when I started. Is that an oops? But it was so delightful (and I somehow avoided the dairy allergy fallout!! Don't ask how that works!) Now I remember why nachos aren't allowed in my home.
Honestly I don't regret it... when I told my fiancé we just ate a bag and a half of shredded cheese between us his eyebrows went soooooo high for sooooo long! It was hilarious! He was like "Holy crap, is that why the nachos were better than usual!? I thought maybe you used half a bag of cheese! Not 1.5!"
So funny. Should I feel guilty for taking him down with me? Maybe... but... but... we still got Blizzards later so he probably didn't care much.
I guess we both needed a day like that.0
