day 2, lost 2 lbs! (water weight, I'm sure)

After having my second son I successfully lost 60 lbs, but then we had another baby and I gained nearly all of it back.
For the past year and a half I've been trying on and off to lose that weight again, but with far less effort. I've been lazy about it, opting to take pills rather than spending time away from my family to go to the gym or running. I've also been letting my husband do the cooking and shopping, which directly leads to unhealthy eating.
So two days ago, after eating nothing but junk for breakfast, I decided I need to lose the weight forever.
This time I mapped out a meal calendar using the same criteria as our successful diet from 3 years ago - low calories, low sodium, no boxed, canned, or frozen foods (with the exception of our grains).
So far I've lost 2 lbs, and that makes me hopeful, but this time around I have 3 active boys under the age of 7 and I'm worried I may be taking on too much.

You can do it!
I don't have that many kids (just the one). But have a lot of stressful thing going on. It's by no means easy but it can be done. I started a little over a year ago and am almost at my goal weight. (about 50lb down).
Don't get discouraged when everything doesn't go perfect. As long as you're in a deficit you will lose the weight.0 -
Well thank you! And congrats!0
