If you see active on this site please feel free to add me and kick me in the butt daily..several times daily if ya want!!

All you need to do for now is log all your food and drinks as honestly and accurately as possible, and stick with it. Good luck, honey. :flowerforyou:0

I know that feeling all too well. I'd lost 111 pounds ( only 4 pounds from goal) then completely fell off. I gained about 30 pounds back and now I'm trying to get back.
It's so disappointing to have been that close and then let it slip away.

The biggest advice I can give you is just believe in yourself and know that you can do it. Some days will be rough but you wake up to a brand new one. Always keep moving forward and know that while it may be slow you will get there. Its taken me years of being heavy to finally say enough but I've lost almost 70lbs and have kept it off now for almost a year. I still have 30 more to go but I've discovered a whole new side of me that I'm actually now going to school to be a wellness coach and trainor. You will find your motivation and inspiration too and once you do its look out world:-)
