gym routines please.

Hi. I'm not a usual gym goer, I often find I don't know what to do when I'm at the gym.
So here I am asking for some routines to help shed fat and get lean

    I find that I do best when I'm following a program like C25K or StrongLifts 5x5. My advice is to figure out what sorts of activities you like to do and then look for established routines or programs for those exercises.

    I found the group classes at my gym most helpful, to learn the stretches before and after to prevent injury, and proper form. My local gym has a "power" class that is sort of a fast-paced lifting routine, done in an hour.
