I am a binge eater. I tried this application about 2 years ago, but what I really needed was therapy to get my eating disorder under control. I now am on vyvance and it is helping. I have 60 pounds to get off and this is not going to be easy. I feel like an alcohoic, except I am a sweet sneak. Exercise is important to me and I have chosen walking as the way for me to go. I have also joined a gym and have a personal trainer I will start working with once I am all healed from a recent shoulder surgery for a bicep tendon. I need a lot of encouragement. When it comes to criticism, I can and do beat myself up pretty good. Well, that is my story and here I go. Day one.

Congratulations on getting help, wishing you will have patience and kindness for yourself on your journey. I know personally I am become very depressed for a long time after a binge, and being objective and kind to myself would help tremendously. Good luck0

'50 Ways To Soothe Yourself Without Food' by Susan Albers is a great book and was/is instrumental to my weight loss journey. I highly recommend it.
