Hey everyone! Hope you're all having a great week so far!
I'm looking to lean out more! Bottom line haha. I could care less about the scale. I eat ok. Love to cook, but don't always have the time or energy at the end of the night. I've cut back on my beer

That's a great start! Meal prep on Sundays really helps me! I'm still trying to lose weight but I definetely like seeing muscle definition! I've added strenght training to my routine this winter. Feel free to add me :)

Right on!! That's awesome!! Congrats on the hard work! Yeah, Sunday's is my meal prep/grocery day. I train 5 days a week and actually have my Fitbit on 24/7 lol. I guess my main question was phrased a tad wrong!! I'm really looking for better meals, snacks etc to help with my leaning.

Planning I think will be your key. You'll be wanting enough protein. To cook on a budget sometimes I prepare a roast (chicken, beef, or pork) on Sunday then package the leftovers to make soups, stew, casseroles, and lunch meat throughout the week. Dry beans and lentils are cheap and can be prepared and packaged ahead of time. For vegetables I have a few staples in the freezer (corn, peas) and fill in with whatever is on sale and in season in the store. Eggs of course. Fast, nutritious, and cook-friendly.

Look up dump & go meals for the crock pot.

I've had to adjust and fine tune my macros and that has made all the difference for me.7st6xcptzoot.jpg
