Insanity?

Hey everyone! I'm Kari, 18 years old and 127lbs, I really want to tone up for summer and have promised myself to do insanity but I'm not sure what to log it as...any suggestions? X

    I'd say Cardio! I'm in my fifth week (they don't count recovery week btw) starting on the second month. There's a group here you could join if you'd like! So glad to hear you're doing Insanity!

    I've just started it as well and have created my own workout for it. I used a heart rate monitor and it said about 400 cal. Love the workout though my thighs and shoulders are killing me! :)

    There should also be some kind of calorie counter online. Google something like "how many calories did I burn doing Insanity". It might not be as accurate but that's what I used when I did Insanity. And it's what I use when logging in my T25 workouts.
