Okay for the last 3 years I have been stuck on the same weight from 178-188...Granted yes I know my diet could be a little better. I eat moderately great..Since August my friend and I have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week at lunch. Then we started adding T-25 to the mix about 5 weeks ago. I am still stalled. I am Fairly small in the arms and the calves and chest area, my biggest concern is my thighs to my waist. I feel like with T25 my thighs are getting bigger and my waist and hips are going no where. I am just frustrated and not sure what to do to shake it up. I thought adding T25 was going to mix it up but that hasn't seemed to help. Any suggestions.

Do you weigh/measure your food & drink intake? If not, start there.0

helped with what? weight loss?
weight loss comes from your deficit...and I notice in your diary you don't use a food scale...
so you are probably eating more than you think...
and/or
water retention from new exercise.
No need to shake it up if you are enjoying what you are doing.0 -

Well until bold is accurate you might keep spinning your wheels.
Last three years you say. MY profile pictures are 4 years apart with a 2 year break photo in between one and three. Diet matters
You diet matters way more than you think. Adding exercise is good but until you burn more calories than you take in consistently then weight management for you will be an issue.
I recommend getting a food scale. Track your intake with the correct number MFP gives you. Adjust when they are wrong.0 -
I don't have anything to add...just don't give up. I feel your pain.0

Yup. Exercise is great for health, but for weight loss the key thing is eating in a caloric deficit. You can’t be sure you’re maintaining a deficit without tracking your food accurately. This means (1) weigh everything you eat on a scale and only use cups for liquids, (2) don’t use generic food entries unless you’ve created them in the recipe calculator (e.g. homemade - spring roll), and (3) be consistent and track every day. You’ve been doing none of these things. When you do, you will see results.
So, you’re not plateauing, you’re just eating at maintenance and therefore not losing weight.0 -
Okay, Thanks. I have a scale, I will dust it off and start a fresh. I guess it used to be so easy when I was younger. I never had to count didn't have to exercise I just stayed small...I was hoping for that in my mid 30s guess that's not the case. But I won't give up and I will track religiously. Thanks for the help guys.0

I'd suggest a renewed outlook on what you're eating, logging accurately and consider adding strength training to your workout regimen to retain some of your lean muscle mass while you're eating at a deficit. You'll lose pounds a little more slowly but what you are losing is going to be more fat rather than more muscle.

it is most likely diet. accurately measure and weigh everything, to the point that if you can't, don't eat it. i did that for about four months, along with a 1 lb per week deficit. i cut back on alcohol as well, limited to about 3 drinks a week. i added a lot more fruits and vegetables in my daily intake as well.
it took about a month of this to actually start seeing a change, but then my weight just started melting off. i've been on maintenance since the beginning of May, having dropped 20 lbs since January 1st.0 -
weight loss is all about the deficit. If you're not losing, you're not in one. Start weighing your food.0
