First, when you snack are you truly hungry? If so, maybe you should eat a bit more at meals. That said, I usually need at least 1 snack a day. I find a small handful of nuts to be quick and convenient. BUT just a handful and just once a day, as nuts are high calorie.0

Light Popcorn

I like dehydrated veggies for snacks. Kind of like chips, except healthier. Favorites are:
- Zucchini (400 grams, 1 Tbs each of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Chicken Concentrate, Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce)
- Butternut Squash (same as above)
- Green Beans (same as above)
- Tomatoes (simply sprinkled with Basil)
Slice the veggies on the thinnest setting on your slicer (not the beans though), toss with seasoning, and dehydrate. I have a dehydrator, but an oven should work too; just arrange the veggies on parchment then throw them in the oven at its' lowest temperature (maybe prop the oven door open a wee-bit).0 -
That sounds good0

I like the little 100-calorie packs of nuts (particularly cocoa almonds), mini Slim Jims, popchips (buy a box, weigh portions into baggies) and salsa or guacamole, string cheese, and the 100-calorie bags of popcorn (kettle corn is my jam).0

THIS. I've learned I prefer bigger meals, and one snack a day..MAYBE. Always leave most calories for dinner to prevent post-dinner binging.0
