Polar HRM and MyFitnessPal

I exercise using Polar HRM and upload the data to the Polarsite. Is there a way to upload to MyFitnessPal? How can the two be used together? Thx

    Find an app that recognises you HRM and also syncs with MFP. e.g I use the wahoo fitness app with my polar H7.
