insanity workout

Ive been doing the Insanity workout by Shaun T but I have no clue how many calories I burn . Can somebody help me with the calulation?

    There is also a website I used to use when I did Insanity. Just google something like "how many calories do you burn doing Insanity" :)

    99% of the time those sites are wrong, invest in a decent HR monitor to get in the ball park. Polar FT4's can be found for like $50-60 on eBay new.

    You can download a Hrm on your phone for free but there is a site you can put you info in and they'll give you a ballpark answer
