Grilled cheese sounds really yummy....but....I already ate my dinner, may have this tomorrow.0

Make some veggies and put some cheese on top. Got any spaghetti squash? Good replacement for pasta.0

Usually when I really really just want a big bowl of ice cream or a handful of chips or cookies or anything else that doesn't fit in my planned calories for the day I try drinking a large glass of ice water (sometimes I like to add almond extract and/or some fruit to give it a little flavor) and decide afterwards whether or not I'm still hungry for junk food. Drinking water helps me with cravings, maybe it'll help you too?0

Thank you both. I don't have any spaghetti squash,I used it all up....I might be able to pick some up on the way home, but it takes pretty long to cook...not sure I'm in the mood for cooking for two hours...0

Make zucchini noodles! Cooks do fast0

You can poke a spaghetti squash over a over with a fork and microwave it for 3-5 min and its cooked perfect. Scoop it out and season0

OP, just eat a grilled cheese or pasta then. You can eat them...watch your portions and fit them into your calories. I'm not a big pasta fan, but I eat grilled cheese all the time with real butter and cheese. None of that fat free junk.0
