Im slimming down for my wedding in November, have lost 11kilos so far but want to lose another 9.

Hi. I'm new too. Just joined myfitnesspal today after seeing how heavy I looked in our mother's day pictures. Ughhh. I have a lot of weight to lose, and I don't know how to get started. It's all so overwhelming. Looking forward to joining your community.0

Hi there, Ive always been reasonably fit but my weight always stayed the same because I liked eating the bad carbs too much, so im eating alot of protein which seems to keep away sugar cravings, sometimes I slip up but thats ok, I always try to log in my food intake each day and keep to 1200 calories. Ive got three dogs to run plus goin to the gym gives me plenty of exercise, consistency is the key.0
