Recommendations for home scale purchase

I work out at two different gyms. The scales at each show different results. Annoying. I thought I would buy a scale on Amazon. Any recommendations?

If they do Salter in your country go for that, very good scales.0

Doesn't matter what scale you buy really (although I use a Salter scale)
What matters is consistency - eg same time of day, same conditions
All scales will weigh differently - well most will, some may match
I find the best time is when you first get up, after you've used the bathroom and nekkid
What you're aiming for is the progression
to test a home scale just put a known weight on it - like a dumbbell or food item0 -
also you won't have a final weight but a weight range of approx 3-5lbs due to natural water weight fluctuations0

Thank you. I'll check it.0

For bodyweight I have a digital scale from a big department store that has been reliable (as far as I know!) for 11 years now. For food I use a Salter Aqua which I think I bought at the same time.0
