Does anyone have such a recipe? And if you have the calories that would be great!

  • Try these there quick, super healthy and delicious!!

    Pure Fruit Cookies

    3 med banana's (1-1/12 c)
1/3 cup oil 1/2 cup chopped nuts ( almonds, walnuts)
1tsp Vannila 1 1/2 cups chopped dry fruit ( apricots, cherries, dates)
    1tbs flax
    1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups Whole rolled or Steel cut oats
    1/2 cup oat bran

You can play around with this recipe. I added quinoa, wheat germ and spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Preheat oven to 350

Mash banana's in a large bowl stir in oil and vanilla. add oats, oat bran, fruit and nuts. Drop Tbs on greased cookie sheets and bake until edges are brown. cool and enjoy.
