help me understand this nutritional information

I've got a question regarding the nutritional information printed on the back of Knorr Hot & Sour Soup. it says per 100 g soup contains 320 Calories but next to it is per serving which is more than 100 g and contains 39 calories only. i am confused how to log this in MFP

So, here goes, the nutritional information :

    That is pretty confusing. I would interpret that as: if you ate 100gm of the undiluted soup mix, it's 320 cal. If you dilute it according to the directions, each serving is 39 calories.

    How many servings in the whole package? I'm guessing about 8?

    If i count calories according to serving size which is 4-5 serving it is 178.88 Calorie for 688 g cooked soup

    (I'm going to assume this is a soup requiring adding water or adding something?)

    The 100g is of the soup mix uncooked as packaged. (Your not going to eat 100g dry soup mix or undiluted condensed soup)

    How many grams of dry mix are in the packet?

    if the packet has, e.g. 50g and there are 4 servings, one serving is 12.5 g of dry mix.

    320 (total cals per 100g) x 0.125 = 40 calories per serving.

    320 cal = calories for 100g of mix
    39 cal = calories for 150g of cooked soup, which should contain ~12g of uncooked mix
