I've always yoyo'd between my highest weight and my first goal weight. As soon as I got to my first goal (77kg), I always did the whole self-sabotage thing and gain it all back. My ultimate goal weight is 59kg and so far, I'm at 77.3kg with a healthier mindset on weight loss! I hope when next I write on here I will be at 59kg and have more drastic and fantastic before and after photos! :smiley:

    It definitely does :smiley: I used to be unrealistic and aim for 20kg in 2 months and get unhealthy about it all... lose weight and then balloon after binge episodes... this is for life now!!
