Logging Food and why am I not allowed to post in the need help section?

I am trying to log a food item in for today and it's not letting me. I push the button and it looks up the food item, but it's not letting submit go through, so then I tried to do quick calories, pushed the button, nothing happens. Am I the only one having this issue?

This gives instruction on how to request help. It's pretty easy. They'll just tell you to uninstall and re-install more than likely.

My issue is not being able to log food on the website online. I can log food on the app, however.
