Hi there everyone. So, I just signed up to fitness pal last night. I am 42, live on the east coast and have a happy life. Two great kids, a wonderful husband and a super cute golden doodle. :-) I am not happy with my physical self though....I have been pretty active my whole life, run quite a bit (2 marathons and several half's) and did a year with a personal trainer and got in the best shape of my life.....then I hit 40......now I find that my motivation to exercise is down and so is my metabolism. I could drop 5 pounds so easily before....now its sticking! I tried weight watchers with great success but grew tired of it and don't like the new points program. I want to drop 10 pounds, curb my sugar cravings and get fit again. Hope to get to know a few folks on here as well. Now....off to walk my doodle!
