one years since I started my weight loss journey

Today marks one year since I decided enough was enough and I needed to lose weight and be healthy before I lost my life. My goal to to lose 100 but I didn't make it that far, I did how ever lose 55 pounds and I'm proud of that ! Here is to another year of working my butt off and staying on a healthy fit lifestyle

    55 pounds in a year is awesome!! There are 52 weeks in a year and my goal is to lose 1 lb per week, so 52 by this time next year. This post is motivating! Thanks for sharing!
