    That's so wonderful, though! I was thinking just yesterday how good it's going to feel to fit back into some clothes I have that I haven't worn in years.

    Clothing can be better motivation than a scale. I have a 3 year old pair of designer short shorts that I've hung up on my closet door. Every week I try them on, and every week I'm a little closer to getting that button clasped.
