    Running from end to end, through screens, and constant jumping.

    Works cardio, legs, core strength, and hand eye coordination.

    Crushs calories and you forget you are running. Beats a tredmill anyday!

    Hiking!! Makes my legs rock hard and I get to get away from the normal daily life problems and suburbia and spend hours and hours of stress free time with my daughter. It's perfection.

    My favourite is weight training, nothing like getting pumped up. :)

    Biggest impact is pylo based training from Insanity or P90x, all that jumping is hard on my knees. :s

    Badminton. It's one of the few sports I'm good at and actually enjoy, plus having a friend play with me keeps me going.
