so recently I've lost 45lbs. I'm nearly back to my highschool weight (yea me) and I'm looking for some help with my inner thighs.

No I'm not looking for the elusive thigh gap, I just need to tone them up. My biggest problem is, a long story, but after a surgery for an infection I can't lay flat on my right side.

So I'm looking for at home exercises I can do to tone that area that DOESNT involve me in pain laying on my right side.

Please help!!!

can you do plie squats? Those def work the inner thigh. Don't know if they'll give you the results you want, as fat comes off where it wants.

I ride horses about 5 days a week, and mine still stink. I'm curious about these plie squats though :)

I've always thought of squats more for the butt, however it won't hurt to try!

    Squats. Even better: weighted squats.

The difference is the position of the legs in squat. A plie squat, with legs turned out and proper form, works a whole different set of muscles to a squat with feet in parallel. And sometimes anatomy dictates our inner thighs will always be a little wobbly, mine were after two years of dance training including ballet every day!

Looking "toned" means having low bodyfat. We can't choose where lose bodyfat from.. it doesn't work that way. So just follow the usual fat loss advice of calorie control plus full-body strength training, to maintain a high metabolism. What strength equipment do you have?

I use whatever I find around the house. No gym memberships, no weights or equipment of any kind. Just lost my weight by waking and watching what I eat.
