Runtastic won't post runs

Hey everyone!

As far as I can tell I have everything set up and connected, but for some reason when I complete an activity on runtastic it won't automatically post to MFP.

The only thing that I figure might be causing the glitch is that I use Runtastic on my blackberry and my MFP is on my iPad...but can't really see that being it and it's all online anyway, right?

Please help!

    Hi Linnea,

    Are you logging in the same way to both accounts? i.e Facebook, or email, etc.? Make sure your user credentials are the same and log-in the same way,

    Did you ever figure this out? I'm still having this problem (despite the app claiming the partner accounts are set up and synced).

    Hi Rachel, I haven't tried it lately...got a bit of a buggered knee. But I did get it to work before by removing the app and reinstalled it.
