45 pounds lost... a year ago.

October 2013 - 189.5 pounds (you can bet I prided myself on never hitting 190, even though I'm sure my doctor's scale would have told a different story
)

October 2014 - 144.5 pounds

I've generally stayed around 145-155 pounds. That high weight was due to about a year of heavy emotional eating, but I managed to get back down. I'm back up to about 150 right now with an ultimate goal of about 135 (although I'm more concerned with body composition than with hitting a specific number). I think getting back to normal was easier for me because I hated my body at my highest weight, but now I'm a little less motivated. I know I'll feel better when I hit my goal, but I don't feel all that bad now! Anyway, I've been thinking about posting these pictures but have been nervous, but I think I could use a little pick-me-up!
