Yes. My waist is normally 30 inches. During period it goes to 38.

Absolutely.

I JUST realized that the terrible way I've been feeling today and the up number on the scale this morning is due to day one of my cycle. Thank god I'm wearing leggings instead of my jeans today or I would have definitely been even more upset this morning when I went to button them!
